Recording payments and handling renewals

Recording payments keeps your revenue accurate and your members' memberships current. It also powers the reminders — a renewal extends the member's expiry date, which is what the automation watches.

Record a payment or renewal

1. 1Open Collections from the sidebar (or use the Renew action on a member in Renewals).
2. 2Record the payment against the member — amount, plan, and method.
3. 3Save. On Premium, a WhatsApp receipt is sent to the member automatically; on other plans you can send one manually.

The Renewals page

Renewals shows two things at a glance: members who have already expired, and members expiring soon. Each has a count so you know your workload. From here you can renew a member or send them a reminder in one tap — the button matches your plan (automatic on Growth and Premium, manual on Basic).
