Terms of Service

GoBeyondGym provides software for gym owners to manage members, memberships, payments, attendance, communications, and related tools, delivered over the web and mobile. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your staff’s use of the platform. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

GoBeyondGym is offered on subscription plans (currently Basic, Growth and Premium), billed monthly or annually. New gyms may receive a free trial; the trial converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change with prior notice. Paid fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

As a gym owner, you control the member information you enter (names, phone numbers, payments, attendance, etc.). You confirm you have the right to provide this data and that you have obtained any consents required to contact your members. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service — see our Privacy Policy.

GoBeyondGym can send notifications (such as renewal reminders and receipts) to your members and to you, including via WhatsApp using approved message templates. You are responsible for ensuring your members expect these messages. Communications are sent subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies, which may change.

GoBeyond Network is an optional add-on available on Basic and Growth plans (Premium gyms participate, if at all, on the terms of their custom agreement), where ads are shown on an in-gym screen and the gym earns a share of ad revenue. Earnings are calculated and paid by us; amounts, timing and eligibility are at our discretion and shown in your dashboard. We manage which ads run.

You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data you’re not authorised to, no reselling the platform without our permission, and no use that violates the rights of your members or others.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove features. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
